Intensive Residential Treatment for Substance Use and Co-Occurring Disorders

Coming Soon to Northwest Minnesota

"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." — Jeremiah 29:11

Our Foundation

Built on Faith, Recovery, and Connection

Northwest Minnesota Center for Hope is being developed to bring structured, clinical residential treatment to a region that has long lacked it. Our program is grounded in three values that shape how we design care.

Faith

Spiritual grounding is a recognized dimension of healing. Faith-informed care respects each person's beliefs and supports whole-person recovery.

Recovery

Recovery is possible. Our clinical framework addresses substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions with structure and intention.

Connection

Isolation deepens addiction. This program is designed to rebuild connection — to family, community, and self — as a core part of treatment.

Program Status: This program is currently under development and not yet open for admissions. We are not yet licensed or operational.

Who This Program Serves

This Program Is For You

Select your situation below to learn what this program means for you.

If you or someone you know is struggling with substance use — and you live in Northwest Minnesota — you know how hard it is to find help close to home. Most treatment programs require traveling hours away, leaving behind family, work, and community.

This program is being built so that people in this region can access intensive residential treatment without leaving. You deserve care that is structured, clinically sound, and close to home.

We are not yet open. But we want you to know help is coming — and we want to hear from you.

Clinical Approach

How This Program Is Designed

ASAM-Aligned

Treatment planning and placement criteria follow the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) framework for residential care.

Integrated Mental Health

Co-occurring mental health disorders are treated alongside substance use — not as a separate or secondary track.

Trauma-Informed

Clinical practices recognize the role of trauma in addiction and apply evidence-based, trauma-sensitive approaches throughout care.

Faith-Informed

Spiritual care is available and welcomed. Faith is not required for participation, but it is respected as a meaningful part of recovery for many individuals.
